Description
Our cross bars or 'support bars' for our value gallery stretcher bars are made from the same quality pine and are strong and straight to offer maximum support for your larger stretched canvas frames.
The Value Gallery cross bar system is a traditional system that becomes an integrated part of the frame. Value Gallery Stretcher Bars are notched (grooves for accepting the cross bars) from 36" and we recommned the use of cross bars from this length and above.
These cross bars are supplied with wedges to allow tensioning the cross bar when adjusting the main frame which is a preferred system for many when compared with the screw/tack system.
These cross bars measure 16mm x 43mm.
